4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Orion. You retain ownership of content you create using our tools.
5. Payment Terms
Paid services are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
